  • temperature indicators inside the cabinet and outside the technical device;
  • indicator of the radiated power of the equipment;
  • set altitude above the Baltic Sea.

When choosing a material, one should take into account data on the dimensions of the designed cabinet, type of installation, and then select one of the existing materials, set the height relative to sea level, taking into account the indicators of the external environment and the rated power that is 5% higher than the nominal one.

  • A private converter is a device for changing the input parameters of the frequency characteristics at the output, that is, the fan and motor blades change speeds, which contributes to a smooth start of the engine. At the same time, there is no overload in either manual or automatic mode;
  • multiprocessor controller - the work is carried out due to the embedded memory card. In turn, they are divided into analog and discrete. For the former, the memory capacity replaces from 10 to 30 units compared to the second controllers;
  • switch - to turn off the device at the end of work;
  • starters - structural elements for starting the ventilation system;
  • automatic machines are switching devices for switching currents on or off in an electric circuit or out of a circuit. In case of deviations of the technological process, for example, a short circuit, they are used to disconnect;
  • contactor - an electromagnetic mechanism designed to enable or disable equipment remotely;
  • mechanisms for protection - devices against possible unforeseen situations;
  • relay - serves to close or open the circuit during the operation of the device;
  • indicators of operating modes are light.They emit bright light and provide control over the operation of the ventilation system during the execution of production tasks.

To ensure the smooth operation of ventilation systems, you need to know some of the nuances of placing a technical device.

The location rules are as follows:

  • the equipment is designed for uninterrupted operation; during operation, the temperature interval from - 10 C to +55 C should be taken into account. These parameters should not go beyond;
  • the cases of smoke control cabinets and other devices for the operation of ventilation systems are made of plastic or metal. The degree of protection of the first IP 45, where IP is the internal protection, the number “4” indicates the ability to protect the case from solid bodies larger than 1 mm, and pieces of wire, metal hardening from tools of at least 1 mm. The designation of the number "5" - means that water at a pressure at any angle will not penetrate into the cabinet;
  • the technical device is designed for voltage parameters from 220 V to 380 V;
  • particular characteristics of the current are 50 Hz;
  • the cabinet controlling the operation of ventilation is installed in places where increased humidity is excluded, there are no sources of heat, dust formation, and there is no exposure to aggressive chemicals.

It is impossible to carry out installation work in areas of radiation and magnetic radiation, in places of direct sunlight and radio interference. Ideal places for installation will be the specialized rooms of the control room or switchboard. After completing installation work, be sure to ground the cabinet with a special device.

The installation of the ventilation system control cabinet should be carried out in accordance with the developed, agreed and approved project on the basis of current regulations.
